Creatively Counselling

I believe that everyone has the ability to find answers within themselves.

My practice is characterised by creativity, utilising techniques such as sand tray work, art, fairy tales, and metaphors. Importantly, you don’t need to be an artist to engage in this creative process.

I will offer a warm friendly space, a comfy sofa and a cuppa for you to relax, so if talking is your thing, then we can do that to.

There is no pressure to be creative in our sessions, its just another way of expressing and exploring our feelings.

I specialise in worked working with children and young people has a designated creative space designed to explore thoughts and feelings in a safe space.

I love to work in a creative way, utilizing sand trays, art, fairy tales, metaphors and other mediums - you don't need to be good at art to work creatively, just be open to exploration and self expression. Working with children and young people often means that they don't have the words to explain their feelings. This is where creative counselling comes in.

Working with children and young people often means that they don't have the words to explain their feelings. This is where creative counselling comes in. By using art supplies, toys, games or play, so much can be expressed, in a safe and comfortable environment. This approach is suitable for both adult, and young people. I have experience of working with Autism and ADHD in a school counselleing setting.
