To find new ways of working in client work

I believe that everyone has the ability to find answers within themselves. My practice is characterised by creativity, utilising techniques such as sand tray work, art, fairy tales, and metaphors. Importantly, you don’t need to be an artist to engage in this creative process.

I will offer a warm friendly space, a comfy sofa and a cuppa for you to relax, so if talking is your thing, then we can do that too. There is no pressure to be creative in our sessions, its just another way of expressing and exploring our feelings. I specialise in working with children and young people as well as adults.
